Does Shaun T’s Insanity workout… work? Below is my week 2 fit test… My week #1 disappeared, but I do remember that my numbers are better. In a couple of weeks, I’ll show my week 4 results, and we’ll see if they’ve improved. The numbers are per kick/motion (ie, left, then right counts as two, rather than “1”), except for globe jumps, which is per circle (4x = 1):
